Arnold Waterfront Slope Renovation

The Carrolls contacted us after getting a violation from Anne Arundel County. Another contractor had cleared their waterfront slope and installed synthetic lawn, all without a permit. The client had received a stop work order from the County and the other company could not afford to help them with the repair.

Our clients were ordered to remove the Synthetic lawn already installed, fix the drainage pipes, and plant at a 4:1 ratio! That means if you clear 1000 square feet you have to plant 4000 square feet. That is a lot!

The clients were panicked when they called us. They had no idea they were committing a violation.

We helped educate them on Anne Arundel County code and worked to sort everything out. We got the correct permits, installed the plantings, fixed the drainage problems, and even replaced a failing retaining wall.

The clients did a great job watering all the new plants and getting them to stabilize the slope. It is now a beautiful waterfront slope that they can enjoy, as well as, the wildlife in the area.
