Company HistoryIn 1974, a young woman began cutting grass in order to pay for college. She realized, during that time, that working with plants, colors, configurations, and people, was something that she really loved. So sparked Andrea Menjivar’s interest in starting her own Landscape/Design company, where she could share her knowledge, and good nature, with devoted customers. She has, and always will, feel that a garden is a reflection of ‘self’. It is an extension of the home, and a place where one can utilize a number of different materials to get across a certain ‘theme’. These ideals now run through the company and give all of the employees a focus when working on a project. In 1996 Andrea’s daughter, Ana, came to work for the company as a draftsman. By 2004 she earned a degree in Landscape Management and Design from The University for Maryland. Since then Ana has been working as a Designer/Salesperson, creating unique and beautiful designs for clients in the Annapolis, Baltimore, DC, and surrounding areas. Both Woman design with their own unique styles, but both have the same focus; to create an innovative and beautiful design for each and every one of their clients. |

The Landscape Design Center PO Box 1863 Edgewater, MD 21037 Account payments not received as agreed will be charged with a 2% late fee (annual rate is 24%). Any incomplete work or dissatisfaction with quality of work performed as outlined in contract must be brought to the Contractors attention within 72 hours following completion of work if payment is being withheld for that reason. Late fee will be applied if payment is not recieved according to contract terms. Additionals agreed on by Client and Contractor will be invoiced separately. |
